Sugarbush Harley's Classic O, the only intact son of Sugarbush Harley Quinne, and the last remaining stallion in the SDHR.

And yet, while trying to save this breed, we are working hard to encourage our breeders to always choose quality and correctness in their breeding animals.  Quantity is never a substitute for quality.

Saving this lovely breed of horse depends upon people.  What the Sugarbush Draft Horses need most are advocates!  Spread the word, tell your friends, and share pictures of these georgeous horses with others.  Until more people learn that the breed still exists, the breed will not be able to flourish.

Horses need owners.  Horses need others to show against, they need educated and caring people to produce more with out sacrificing what the breed already has.  With out the involvement of our community we would not be able to save these horses.
